Drills: 1 - Passing into the corners of the goal from inside the box 2 - Shift the ball just outside the defender and shoot instantly after 3 - One touch shots between the penalty point and the 6 yard box after a pass into the box 4 - Receive the ball with your back to the goal, get past the defender that stands behind you, create space and shoot 5 - Receive the ball with your back to the goal, get past the defender that stands behind you with one touch and then shoot with the second touch Hope this helps 😊

Most top strikers can't even do 1 touch finish in the box these days. They all want time to set themselves but you don't have time. It's so annoying to watch someone who gets paid to play football for a living and can't do the basics.

One of the best exercises to do is once the bones have healed is to get an old tennis ball and put it in a bucket of water. Leave it for at least 15 minutes, take it out and now grab the ball with the injured hand and keep trying to ‘squeeze’ the water out of the ball. Repeat every day for a week. It works

Michael, are you moonlighting from your own channel?😂 I prefer going from slow to fast to even faster with shots. I coach players to focus on hitting the ball as hard as possible at the opposing GKs ears. In this way, even if your slightly off with the shot it will STILL be on target (the goal) It’s also difficult for the gk to actually make the save and can only block it at best which means the ball can ricochet anywhere
