Okay I have no idea how you finished this so fast but man, am I glad that you did! One of the first things a lot of us think after watching the episode is okay gotta watch Michelle's video now so that we can get that extra emotional punch with all the parallels and some kickass editing. You did an amazing job!!

This is absolutely insane. While I was watching the episode, I was constantly thinking if I could remember any similar scenes to add to this puzzle, but you seem to do it so easily and beautifully at the same time *-* I love your work, its absolutely awesome!

That's very good edit! Yes, when I saw that scene with young Dean saying to young Sam that they're a good team I immediately thoght about similar scene from 1x01. Knowing they were hunting The Baba Yaga really xmade my day because this is so familiar lore to my country - first "pierogi" in 15x15 and now Baba Jaga in 15x16. That episode have season one's creepy vibes which I love. But also that episode broke my heart because 2 things: 1) every time when we see flashbacks about young Sam and Dean (btw those young boys who played young Sam and Dean were so cute and so good in their roles) it hurts to see how messed up childhood they had. The weight that Dean carried on his shoulder besides taking care of Sam (which I love him for doing this) - that he couldn't show that he is afraid, that he have nightmares, that he supposed to be in charge because John train him in this...it's too much for 14-year old child (I'm talking about this Dean from 15x16). Seeing that Sam was only almost 10-year old child when he was thinkingabout going in college in future bacause he wanted normal life that badly...10-year old kid shouldn't thinking about those stuff in this age. Seeing him pulling a gun and a knife from his bag...again 10-year old kid shouldn't have contact with those stuff to protecting himself. 2) That "chain of lies" that was starting from Jack that come to Cas then to Dean and Sam showed how sometimes we can really hurt people we love even when we thinking that we doing something good for protecting them. When I saw Sam asking Dean about how Cas could exit the bunker without saying anything and then when I saw that text message from Cas to Dean I litterally thought "Oh no! No with the lies again. Guys come on!". They are supposed to be one, strong team to beat Chuck but right now the're in a mess. I jumped when Sam started screaming at Dean in way that even Dean couldn't calm him down. It showed how hurt Sam was because usually he doesn't screaming like that, something or someone have to drive him mad to be furious like this.

This is so beautiful! I was kind of feeling meh about the episode, but after seeing this video and seeing the parallels between the boys at different points in different seasons made me appreciate all of the layers we have to these characters. It reminded me of the love I have for this show. I'm so happy you made this! xo

Dean was waaaaay out of line this episode... like not telling Sam that the kid he raised is going to die, just so he won't interfere with his own plans? Really disappointing at this stage in Dean's "development". Almost level with his season 9 lies. Thank you for these videos Michelle, they hammer home the emotional impact of the episode!

I didn't like this episode that much.. it was the first time the kid actors weren't spot-on.. and Dean calling Sam stupid.. he would never do that he's literally one of the nicest most supportive big brothers! also this was the 16 ep like why the fck are Sam and Dean fighting!!! Hope we get more brother centered episodes for the next Eps ...

I get that people are mad and “disappointed” in Dean’s development but think about it, it’s the finally season, we have like what 4 episodes left, and we’re going after God. God, who is still playing a game, Sam and Dean are still stuck in Chuck’s “episodes”. So, what if Chuck doesn’t want to kill the boys if he doesn’t have too?? Why kill them when you could have them kill each other, one little problem leads into little dents and scratches in the boys armor. Sam and Dean fight to death and bring jack and cas into it. Idk but that kinda seems like the play cause someone in the comments said that Deans keeping secrets from Sam is soooo season 9.

I really love the parallels in here, despite the episode kinda forcing them in. Your edits as always make me think so hard about the episode and try to understand where all the characters are coming from, even though they're all divided right now. Sam's yelling felt so NEEDED at the end of the episode. Like he's finally tired of Dean always keeping shit from him and it's finally exploded in his face, literally in the form of Sam yelling at him. I just hope they can reconcile at the end of the series and it's not Sam leaving to live a normal life without Dean.

The episode itself was kinda underwhelming... BUT the older Sam/Dean scenes as usual were wonderful, and that ending had me crying! Sam got every right to be angry but man, I hate to see them fight four episodes before the end... Your edit was beautiful as ever ❤️

I seriously dislike teenage Dean in this episode, but when Sam finally screamed at him it felt pretty nice (also great video, I’m actually loving all of your videos💓)

The episode itself was alright but the little things like the scene at the end with Dean finally telling Sam? Brilliant. I see the scene with Dean admitting he's scared and I think about how much he has grown but then he's keeping things from Sam again and I'm wondering if he's even learned anything. And all of a sudden he's just fine with Jack dying? Really disappointed in Dean. I get that he wants to be free but at what cost? How many more people have to sacrifice themselves?

I feel like that’s always been Dean, hiding and keeping things to protect Sam. And no matter how many times Sam gets angry, Dean would do it again and again!! This video made me cry tho :(

Sorry but I hated this Episode. It was a Gap filler for me.

I loved the episode. A character still has to have some continuity, and Dean will always put his brother before anything, so of course he will fight for their happy ending, both of them being free. It's his selfishness, that he doesn't care about anything else, not Benni, not Cass and not Jack in the end. Remember, "the things I would do, the things I would kill." I think it's very incharacter. Doesn't mean he will get his way of course, because Sam always was willing to sacrafice their own happy ending, because he cares so deeply for others and gets depressed without his moral code.
