I want to pray for my Guardian angels and all Holy Angels of God. They are our best buddies. God is so so so undeniably great. ♥️♥️♥️

According to God's PERFECT HOLY WORD - we are never to pray to an angel. We are to pray to God the Father through Jesus Christ and worship HIM ONLY. Angels are simply messengers to us from God but NEVER to be prayed to.

⁠@@linbat6148we can pray to angels, saints, The Blessed Virgin Mary, Jesus , The Holy Ghost, God The Father, souls, and any appropriate sources for their intervention, protection, to influence God. To pray means to ask. Just because one prays doesn’t make that worship.

Padre Pio was able to see his guardian Angel from a very early age. He could also see others’ and could tell if the person was in a state of mortal sin or not by how their guardian angel appeared. Amazing. Padre Pio, ora pro nobis!

It's not in my childhood Catechism class books, Q&A, (nor Catholic schools' religion class) , but it's now in Catechism (online Vatican, & USCCB). //[It's in the pictures of the Q&A. And a very good quotation booklets of Saints who affirmed it]. And a feast day, October (?).

@@richardounjian9270and yet, this verse doesn’t mention at all and in any way what this priest suggests, it only mentions that there are angels to protect us, which isn’t anything new. I also believe that Psalm 91 is mentions angels who are commanded to protect us. But nowhere in the Bible they were anything more than just the guardians or messengers or their appearance was something special to be worshipped. Not a single Biblical character prayed to the angels but to the Lord only. So, the question is why are people nowadays doing this and how Biblical this is in any way?

@@saraandstuartshannon2160 prayer doesn't indicate worship. Equating prayer to worship is a protestant notion. In traditional English prayer is to request... pray tell, pray do, pray come, etc

My understanding is that the guardian angel is a created being of God with an identity of its own and our guardian angel is our own personal angel. The Holy Spirit is the aspect of God which 'works' in us and the world and it's the same Homy Spirit which works for everyone everywhere at any time. Hope that explanation helps... 🤔

So…hypothetical example…a child is being abused by, well let’s say a priest since it seems to be a common theme, and that child has a guardian Angel close by, and the rapist has their guardian angel close by, and they’re both shaking their heads and saying ‘I guess it’s just free will’? What’s their purpose exactly? Seems like a bad bit of fiction

@@followme8238they direct us, and yes they also protect, but WE have to be open to hear them when they communicate, silence is rather necessary to perceive their direction. Prudence plays a part in this also. We’ve all heard the punchline “I gave you three chances “

Why do you attribute the working of The Holy Spirit to mere angels? Angels are created beings that are messengers for man and servants for God to worship Him. The Bible tells us that our ONLY intercessor between us and the Father is Jesus the Christ! You are teaching a non-Biblical and false message! It is the Holy Spirit Who works in us and Jesus Who prays for us always! You are departing far from what God teaches in His WORD! There is nowhere In the Bible that teaches these things about angels. The Holy Spirit is the One Who teaches, guides, and directs us and works in us to become more like Christ. St. Thomas is NOT INSPIRED TEXT! You are dangerously close to blasphemous teaching!

@@micheled8764 This IS Roman Catholic CULT teaching! Anything against the Biblical WORD of GOD is false teaching and we are commanded to speak up with the TRUTH of GOD! It is essential that people in the RCC who have been denied the TRUTH of GOD's HOLY WORD learn the TRUTH OF HIS WORD! Many have never heard the TRUTH but just believe what they are told by the "church" or their priests of the "pope"! I have nothing to do with that cult and how it leads its people astray. Roger Brooks…..The Written Word is communicated to us at every Sunday & Holy Day celebration..each attendee has access to our Mass book containing countless scripture from the Bible. And specifically, that which pertains to that given day. Catholics are NOT starving or hungry for the Written Word, unless by choice. The Holy Mass is a beautiful celebration. So many folks are uninformed….

You know that how Roger? Sola Scripture was a lie invented by Martin Luther a disgruntled Catholic priest. He led many astray from the true Word of God to perpetuate his lies and beliefs. Look at how many denominations were invented by disgruntled people who only want to hear the “good stuff”.
