I feel like most of these gripes are for people who go a bunch. I mean, if you’re getting tired of things take a break! Everything has a limit. You can’t expect them to change things up that much.

I think it is kind of telling that when the Wish first sailed the main food conversation was about the pool deck food and the variety that was offered there. The rotational dining conversation for that ship was about how the shows were, not necessarily about the food. I have never gone on a Disney cruise, but I have always been drawn to Animators Pallet. I like the show aspect of it going from black and white to a colored environment. That's the magic of Disney that needs to be brought into more of the dining. Not here's this character and this character. I think that a Mexican based menu is a great idea! I also love the idea someone else had about a Mulan inspired Asian meal.

I love everything about rotation dining. Do not change it

Rotational dining is good, but sometimes I don't want to sit for a 2-hour dinner. They need to bring back the cabana's buffet

Ohana noodles, chicken wings, and dumplings would be a fun addition.

8:25 I sailed on Norwegian Cruise Line last year and LOVED their freestyle dining. It gives you the flexibility to go to the restaurant/s you love and skip the ones you don’t like. If Disney adopted this concept, Craig could skip AP, for example, and go to one of the other two restaurants each night if he chose.

Always been a fan of rotational dining. Editd to add: Unlike Craig, I love Animators Pallette and would be more than happy for it to be my repeat restaurant on a 4 night Disney Dream cruise!

I enjoy rotational dining. I would like it if they did an Asian-themed restaurant: chinese, thai, maybe some indian dishes.

Star Wars restaurant, do the menu from the star cruiser with some updates. The darn thing was already themed like a cruise and that food was unique and good.

You might have made a video like this in the past, but would you consider making a video explaining each Disney cruise and the differences between them? My fiance and I want to go on a Disney cruise for our honeymoon but I need to do research for the differences. Would love to hear it from you guys though!

We enjoy the rotational dining but we sail longer itineraries and would like some other options like Cabanas (buffet or sit down like they have offered on transatlantic or panama canal cruises). Or keep more of the quick service options open later in the evening. Particularly with families sometimes you're just wanting a faster less planned option and room service is good but challenging in a small cabin with multiple people. We love the themed dinners and dining rooms and rarely skip them but wish they would have more options.

Would love menu changes! We’ve made rotational dining work because we always so the later seating but it would be nice to eat dinner on our time

The "my time dining" at Royal and other cruise lines is a LIE. If you do the "my time," you have to wait for a LONG time to get a table. I only went on one Royal cruise and everyone was complaining about how awful the waits were the entire time!

I love rotational dining but there are some nights that I would like a quick (not poolside food) dinner. Especially with late dining, we don’t get out of the dining room until 10ish

We went to Palo in pirate night on the Wonder with no issues. Finding this unrelatable 😅. I have done one cruise, out of Australia. I am far from disappointed with the food

I wasn't surprised Craig is not a fan. I never get tired of rotational dinning, that's why we love DCL, vs other cruise lines.

I assumed they gatekeep information because it cuts down on the time/opportunity for complaints or requests for changes. If they didn't want to release people's scheduled rotation ahead of time, I do wish they would at least allow a specific rotation to be part of the dining request options.

How about a Lilo & Stitch Hawaiian restaurant with fun, kid friendly Hawaiian menus?

I think the pool deck on the dream and fantasy could use an update- I’d love a taco bar up there. Also I personally think it’s really screwed up that the dream and fantasy don’t have not one dinner show when all the other ships do- I’d like to see an Asian inspired restaurant with a Mulan show (Disney does not do enough with my girl, Mulan) or maybe a Polynesian style restaurant like ohana but make it a character dining experience with Lilo and Moana- as Craig, Hannah, and Ryno found previously the character dining at ohana os suffering but I bet it would be a hit on cruise line.

First I want to say that no two Disney ships should have all three of the same restaurants. Disney has so much fantastic IP and so many awesome imagineers that it should just not happen! I love Craig's idea for Italian with a Lady and Tramp theme! Disney could easily do that in the Enchanted Garden and it would only take a partial makeover in the restaurant and a rehaul of the menu. I know this was about rotational dining, but when Craig said Noodles I was thinking that would fit perfectly as a rehaul of one station on the older ships' quick serve locations. Change one station to have a noodle bowl area where you can have an Italian sauce and an Asian sauce each day and switch them out along with having a couple styles of noodles each day. (One day its marinara and terriaki. The next it's alfredo and sweet and sour....) I know they need to keep chicken fingers and your basic burgers/hot dogs/pizza. But why not change out one station on each older ship with a newer choice like thy have on the Wish like the mexican or barbeque areas? This adds a nice value when you want to skip your rotational dining.

I only cruised NCL to Alaska. I loved thelr freestyle dining. Next to the ports and iternary that was reason to choose NCL. As much as I love disney I will not cruise with them because of what the rotation is

I love the rotational dining! I honestly loved Animator’s Palate on the Dream (in 2021) & Worlds of Marvel on the Wish(in 2023)! I wasn’t a fan of Enchanted Garden & didn’t even go to Royal Palace(went to the buffet instead)….disliked Arendelle’s food & 1923 was just ok.

Love rotational dining, but please I beg you DCL change the menus! 🥺 the Classic and Dream class ships are getting boring when it cones to dining! The Treasure should have three themed restaurants different than Wish based on theming. The restaurants don't match the ship theming!

Never been on a Disney cruise, but HAIL NO, I don’t want anyone telling me where I must eat. No no no no. I didn’t know this about Disney cruises. That’s a deal breaker for me.

Mulan dinner show

As a Disney and cruise obsessed girlie, it is the dinner situation that has kept me from trying a Disney cruise. I hate set time dining and dinner shows. I wish there was a more casual, adult oriented, lightly themed specialty dining option - l would pay $50 a night to avoid having to sit through a dinner show of any kind. I have lasting trauma from medieval times, 50’s prime time, and whispering canyon - I don’t even like Hoop-Dee-Doo. I am not the target market though, I am not complaining, but I will stick to Celebrity, RCL, Princess and the like. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I kind of agree with Craig about the waiter situation. I don’t need the same staff following me around the whole time it limits my opportunity to meet and try better staff or people with different personalities rather than being stuck with the same three people the whole cruise.

I totally agree with you all... change up the menus once in awhile! I'm 11 cruises in and do not look forward to dinner anymore!

Rotational dining was absolutely horrible... from the service to the food quality. It has prevented us from booking another Disney cruise. This is unfortunate because overall DCL was amazing!

I much prefer choosing my own dining place and time, I don’t want to be locked down to a specific time to eat and having to rotate to whatever they want me to go, it’s a cruise not a prison shouldn’t be so regimented

32 cruises and I am so bored with the menus, they have never changed. I also hate Marvel.The only good thing is I don’t gain weight because there is not much I want to eat.
