We got called 'white trash' because we had an outside toilet and there were 7 of us in a 4 room house. We didn't have much money but we survived. I wish I had a dollar for every time we ate navy beans, fried potatoes, and home-baked bread. I still love navy beans, fried potatoes, and home-baked bread. I do have an indoor toilet, though.

We had an outhouse,too.Beans,cornbread and sweet iced tea.We were a family of 5 kids,my mom and grandma,living on grandmas farm.No farm animals,just cats and dogs...I realize now...it was heaven.

Every life matters. God created us in His image and we are created equal. From the baby in the womb to the elderly person that only has a short time left. We all have meaning and worth and should be respected

Mike Huckabee’s Christianity, and expression of such is why non believers run away when the Spirit of the Living God tugs at their hearts. I know a cause it was such a Christian that keep me from hearing the Spirit of God. As soon as I got away from such critters I could hear him loud and clear, my heart has belonged to the living God for over forty years now, and I never want it back!! Oh yea, I am reviled by most Christian’s I know because they don’t think I believe properly, they think I should believe exactly the same as they. Which I don’t understand a cause how can I have a personal relationship with God if I have to believe the same as others ??

What I'm tired of listening to is that just because a particular person is of a certain political persuasion that we should dislike them or even hate them. I really enjoyed this comedian and yes I really enjoy listening and watching Robin Williams and Billy Chrystal. I may not care about their political views I still enjoy their talents just like this funny guy. And he kept it very clean which I truly appreciate.

I didn't like the "white trash" jokes. When I was a child, an elderly woman lived in our neighborhood. We kids called her "Grandma", even though some of us weren't related to her. She told us that there were four groups of people in the neighborhood... (only two races living in that part of town, at that time)...1. White people. 2. White trash. 3. Black people. 4. (She used a six letter word, with a double G in the middle of the word, to describe the fourth group of people).

The correct terms are Deaf and Hard of Hearing according to the majority of Deaf people. Hearing people came up with the term "hearing impared" which is disliked by the Deaf community.
