I doubt he mentioned it because it was beautiful, probably more like because it's a boring place with a weak atmosphere for basketball. The premise of the video is to build the worst NBA team. Utah is one of the worst locations, Arizona is gorgeous too - not a great atmosphere for the Suns though.
