yes, I was pretty happy, but now I'm angry.. I don't really now, wether it's real or not. I mean I believe that it's real, but I always doubt anything like that that I haven't tried. I wanted to do it myself, but then I read that I can't do it alone, and all my friends are too scared..

lool, nice experiment. Another way to fake it would be for the host to write a big fat 3/4 digit number in his notebook and ask the participants to ask the spirits to tell which is the number. This would be a much simpler version of the "ask grandpa where his shoe box of money is", meaning, asking something the participants cannot know while thinking they are still in control.

another twist to the experiment would to use a different table or randomly reorient the table without the participant knowledge when they are blindfolded. The girl who was "speaking" with her grandfather clearly went far from her with the pointer just like the "yes2 option is when she was blindfolded. With a reoriented table, everything would be a guess.

I used to have an Ouija Board, but for some reason, there was a bottle standing up right, which, while our backs were turned, it turned upside down. We were starting to wonder if it was cursing our house. Its stunts came out of a horror movie, and horror is definitely not my thing. It was a helpful tool to use for talking to people we lost, like my aunt who died at 47 in May 2013. We were so close, and when I said that my family and I miss her, at least she gave me the message, "I miss you too." There’s something peculiar about the Ouija board that I draw the line at.

Lemme tell u our experience, in my collage years when we used to play back then, we asked the spirit what our score was of our first cricket match that morning, and it told us right when all of us had no clue as we played over 20 matches that day, we had been taking to that spirit for days in a row and it said many things that we others had no idea of, it said it followed us every where we go and know what every one is doing, this is true but we stopped doing it when wrongful things started happening to the family from where we played. Haven't tried since. Later after reading some books on ouija I came to know that it is one of the most sinful act against God. In one of the books about öuija the author has written on the last page "please don't ever try this game"

+x Emo_Kitten x given that this and many other blindfolded tests have proven ouija boards are total bs based on either: 1) a jerk messing with their friends or 2) a group of believers where one person makes hopeful movements towards the answer they want to see and everyone else nudges it along thinking they're feeling a supernatural force at work in a big goofy feedback loop, I'd think this would in fact make you feel better since it helps debunk the idea of the supernatural. Now all you have to be worried about is the existential crisis that comes with knowing the afterlife is a wistful fantasy and everything we are dies forever along with our brains, have fun sleeping now lol

Yes, this pretty much sums up the situation. Oddly enough, however, my wife and I have experienced haunting, but there was never any evidence that this haunting was by human spirits. Although it is presumed in folklore and religious beliefs, the fact is that I never found a shred of evidence for human spirits.

@@matthewmoriarty5835 The concept of demons would constitute an assumed conclusion, which, by default, is not based upon available data. I have met people who have assumed that their superstitions are factual, but they cannot provide supporting evidence.

@@matthewmoriarty5835 What I believe is going on may be untrue, given that the word 'belief' implies that something is unproven. Nevertheless, my views regarding this phenomenon are based upon the concept of any sufficiently advanced technology being indistinguishable from magic. This was Arthur C Clarke's third law, and my suspicion is that this activity is actually the product of an advanced civilisation. I have no reason to believe that things are occurring that cannot occur. The fact that we don't yet know how to do these things doesn't mean that other, non-human, civilisations cannot do them.

I Used a ouija board with my haunted doll a few days ago, and the planchette ripped out of my hands and moved by itself for a split second. I recorded it and put it on youtube if anyone wanted to check it out.

I think they are people who can give explanations for paranormal phenomenon that are convincing enough from a scientific standpoint. I don’t know where they study this kind of stuff, though. It’s just an opinion, don’t come at me

The spirits require use of your eyes during the possession in order to successfully navigate to the letters to communicate their message. This is standard procedure.
