But that same court has thrown people in prison for exercising free speech. So go figure. The people the Court threw in prison were not billionaires and WERE American and therefore should have been protected by our constitution but instead they were thrown in prison by a Court who declared that unpopular speech is "the same thing as yelling Fire in a crowded theater".
