I saw a man recently wearing a dress. I didnt know whether to laugh or cry. Its enough to see these people (not on a camera - not on a picture - but in real life) to know something is wrong.

Nice to see this person speaking rationally and calmly about this divisive issue. The interviewer was less impartial and more hostile.

The reality for those with sexual dysphoria is undeniably disturbing, but to rehabilitate them should not require those without this affliction to deny the basis of their biological reality & experience.

My main issue with this whole trans thing is the willing lack of linguistic accuracy and honesty. A biological man who wants to live as a woman is not a trans woman, he is a trans man ie a man who is trans. The insistence on twisting the definition of week know and week used words to suit their narrative is simply dishonest and unacceptable.

I’ll never understand why those of us who will never experience this have the most to say. I don’t know why we feel that we need to make this debate about us. We should say less and listen more and also be grateful that we haven’t faced the difficulties Trans people do. I stand by them and wish them well.

I was a too tall too skinny girl with ugly teeth and also prayed every night to look different. These feelings are not exclusive to trans. I’ve still got ugly teeth unfortunately but I don’t think the trans ‘community’ would be interested in my feelings but I’m expected to care about theirs .

Yes, THERE ARE extremists on BOTH sides. There are just as many people still calling real trans people mentally ill as there are LGBTQ activists calling regular people all kinds of inappropriate things. Each side needs to admit and address this for any meaningful dialogue to happen.

I am 'trans stature". You may think I am average height at 6 foot, but I feel that I am a 'little person' who was born in the wrong body and I am really only 4 foot 3. Now I demand that you must affirm my feelings and give me all the same disability assistance that any other little person is entitled to get.

If folk stopped talking about it all the time and left kids out of it there would be no issue.

I wouldn't say ashamed as a gay man because for a long time many of us have seen and denounced the toxicity of the LGBT community and hence why a lot of us don't have anything to do with the LGBT community and instead mix with like minded individuals in multiple groups. A lot of us have been waiting for the rest of society to wake up as the community has needed a well deserved spanking for a long time as what used to be a movement for equal rights has become a struggle to remain relevant and feel special which no one is. Its the community who needs to learn how to mix with other groups as opposed to the current and narcissistic approach of it being all about them - their feelings are not the only feelings that matter and it's time they learnt it's about more than just them - which in this instance has come about due to the fundamental lack of honesty and care trans activists and their supporters have given to other groups which has led to vulnerable children being harmed.

Watching the "we must get rapists into womens prisons," people pretending that the people saying "no" are the extremists or are in anyway the cause of "the polarisation" is more than a little sickening.
