@@madrabbit.1859 It’s not necessarily a want it’s more of a need. After ballet we’re so tired, mentally and physically, that we need rest and food. We still love ballet, we just need sleep until we’re back in love again.

@@yinanaaaa sure! Always take your time, like if you aren’t perfecting it in the start then don’t give up!! you’ll get there! When turning out don’t go overboard just do your best. Stay consistent with stretching. Invest in good ballet shoes!! Don’t overwork yourself. That’s all I can think of rn but never give up!! 💗

Огромное уважение парням, которые занимаются танцами, особенно балетом. Это очень тяжёлый труд, вы молодцы, что такие целеустремленные. В свое время мой ребёнок, из-за лени, наотрез отказался заниматься танцами, хотя уже было заметно значительное улучшение телосложения.

Могу отметить, что балетом невозможно заниматься без любви к этому искусству. Обычно находят способ бросить, если нет увлечения. Также заметила, если парню нравится балет, то он становится ещё большим фанатом, чем девочка. Из таких, обычно, получаются хореографы (композиторы балета)

Oh god I'm not a ballerina (or any kind of dancer) but I am cringing in pain for u. My worst thing for competitive swimming was having to do butterfly/dolphin kick in practice during shark week lol. Or practicing backstroke starts and dives lmao

As a person who did ballet for years, the running to grab your stuff at the end of class is so accurate. I also don't know that in my class whenever the teacher would leave or let us have a short water break, everyone was gossiping, immediately.
