Do you have oatmeal and a banana? Only 3 ingredients! A healthy dessert! Lose 2 kg of bad fats!
1 cup of oatmeal.
2 apples.
100 ml of water.
1 banana.
80 grams of berries.
80 grams of almonds.
1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar.
2 eggs.
Oil.
Bake 30 minutes at 190 Cº (374 F).

I see food videos everyday and have a request. It would spare us time if the part with cutting the apples would be cut short by showing the pieces after being cut. We all know how to cut apples. Just need to know how big. Thanks, otherwise I like this recipe! Thanks for it.

I did several substitutions with this recipe: Approx 2 cups unsweetened applesauce, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup English walnuts. It cut the prep time down and it turned out well.

I thought of doing the same thing, but if it's carbs you want to cut; there's 16g of carbs in 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce; that would be 64 g of carbs in 2 cups and only less than 10 in 2 apples. If the carbs aren't a problem then yes a more time saving prep.
