Ingredients and preparation steps
3 eggs, 150g of plain yogurt, 4 tbsp of oil (60min), 120g of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper, 1/2 tsp of paprika
800g of potatoes, 1 onion, 3 tbsp of parsley, 100g of Feta cheese or other white cheese, mozzarella cheese
- Preparation
- Mix the dough ingredients
- Grate then rinse, and wring out the potatoes
- Add the onion, parsley, Feta cheese and the prepared dough
- Mix everything then pour into a buttered mold
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190C (380F) for 35 to 40min
