Hello. To me, it looked like the way you took off the back cover, marred the exterior of handle. If this were a customer's vacuum head they'd be furious. After you've removed the bottom screw on the back of the handle you must pry it from the seam above the screw hole. It takes some hand strength to open it. Then once you can see into the area, you must release the panel from inside the handle by sliding a thin screwdriver into the locking tabs. If people go to 3:09 they will be able to see what the locking tabs look like that run along the inside of the handle. Thanks for the video.
