Can you name Tripura's capital city? Didn't think so! I go to Agartala to explore this little known Indian city which sits right on the border of Bangladesh. I meet up with a stranger from Instagram and he takes me around, I call this Tinder Travel. We go to all the sights in Agartala including Ujjayanta Palace, Tripura Government Museum, and Heritage Park. Then we eat traditional Tripuri food. Tripuri food is so unique and different!

Agartala is the capital city of Tripura in Northeast India. I travelled there for 2 days. I got to Agartala by train from Silchar, Assam.
Two days in Tripura was not enough to travel around and see all of its sights. The distances by shared-taxi (sumos) are small, but they take a long time due the roading and mountains. I will return and visit Jampi Hills and all around the state.
