Not all the new features on cameras are necessary! What did photographers do in the days before 20 or 30 FPS? I know some people say they take 1000 live concert photography shots of artist at a show? That to me is overkill but if that's your thing well ok. In the past even for action sports 3 or 4 frames per second was fast. I'm not going to want to store, edit and go through 1000 shots no matter who or what the artist is. That's just me. How you shoot is you and if you get keepers that is the goal.
