Indian customers, pls ensure that you have switches at home that can handle 16 ampere and 1300 watts which this tool requires. It's almost or more than what a geyser requires. Or you will have to call in an electrician to set this up near your dresser. Also need to keep this in mind while traveling.

I have worked for Dyson. They have this amazing after sales service where you can call them up and fix a meeting. One of the styling experts will come over to your place and tech you how to use it, for free. Obviously now due to Corona this wouldn't be possible.

I love my Dyson Air Wrap… it’s the best beauty purchase I have ever made!! I never use curling irons or straighteners as they damage your hair so much. I usually dry the hair with any of the brushes then use the curling barrels… put my hair in pin curls over night and the curls last all day without any hair products in the hair as I hate hair products in my hair. If it’s humid outside the curls may fall but that only happens on very humid days.

@@arham4448… No matter what tool I use or professional stylist does my hair I always pin curl my hair overnight or all day if I have the time to leave my hair pinned during the day. I don’t use any hair products on my hair and I sleep with pin curls so it does last but if anyone expects a curl to last all day without using pin curls I don’t think anything will work. I do have long wavy hair cut in layers. I wash my hair 3 times a week so I get 2-3 days of beautiful curls and it looks best the 2nd to 3rd day. I absolutely love my Dyson Airwrap and can’t imagine being without it. Again it’s hard to answer the question straight forward as I sleep with pin curls every night. No exceptions.

Use good hold mousse and set the curls later with strong hold hair spray. Hope you are doing it on the highest heat setting and you switch off the wand before releasing the curl . Also chemically straightened hair are harder to hold in curl so if you have keratin or any such treatment, would have to wait till it wears off

Hi I have a question. If you have curly hair to start with, do you have to straighten it first before using the air wrap curler? Or can you use it directly on curly hair? Could you try it on your natural hair without straightening first and show us please?

I have wavy hair but to get a great salon look you must dry it first with one of the brushes then curl it … I never curl the hair when wet or unruly.

No it won’t. Straightening chemicals change the texture of the hair completely. This machine works the best on natural hair.
