Pls suggest eye drop for mgd, as tear quantity is ok , eyes get wet but still facing extreme dryness. Please dont tell hypromellose or cmc as option as they hardly work in our case Pls tell why povidine+polyvenyl alcohol eye drop tears plus gave some relief as compared to above two but didnt solve the issue though. Pls tell why symptoms are worst on waking up, halos are there while watching bulb/tubelight/mobile torch on waking up and slight halos for mobile torch which is quite powerful anytime Pls tell do warm compress 15 minute per day can cause pain behind eyeball after say 2 weeks and is it essential for mgd Pls tell any natural treatment for alternative medicine or yoga as per your knowledge Pls tell punctal plugs if on later stages doctor will recommend, then will they cause any problem because they will block something which usually gets drained out, isnt it will become unnatural as a process to interfere Pls tell how much months are enough to term it as chronic or a syndrome Thanks in advance
