Whoa!!! This just happened to pop up scrolling through KZfaq. Watched the entire video. And now I'm buying one!!! Thanks!. My favorite part is when you tied a rubberband on cloth around attachment and said ditch the magic sponges. I use ALOT of those and they don't really last long. Never thought I be excited about cleaning until I saw this. Great job showing!!!!😃😃 ---------------------------------------------------------------- Update, I spent an hour on internet to look at steamers to clean house. I discovered that the watt on that Bissell was only 100 watts and the reviews were divided. I went with Puetz Golf brand because it is 1050 watts. But your video on how to use a steamer is still great!!😎

My Bissel Steam Cleaner states to use “demineralized water” so you never have to descale the reservoir. Love this machine and it’s fun to use too!

**I use distilled water in mine just to keep the hard water build-up from shortening the life of my steamer. I also have a fabric steamer and 2 steam mops. Love them all and they all get distilled water. they will last forever!**

Steamers are wonderful!! It's a great way to clean without chemicals. Just careful using tap water because if you have hard water it can build up inside. You can run vinegar in it once in a while to stay ahead of this. You can also use distilled water. FYI👍🏼😉

Yes the manufacturer says if you live in a place with hard water to use 50% distilled water and 50% tap.l!!

I had to recaulk my shower. The old caulk was so hard that I thought it might actually be grout. I couldn't even make it budge with a metal putty knife. I was about to give up and caulk right over it, but I thought I'd get out my steamer and give it a good cleaning first. It actually softened the caulk and allowed me to scrape it all off! This made the job sooo much better. I found this video because I was looking for other fabulous uses for my steamer. Great video. Thanks! I will use this tool way more and ensure each of my children has one.

Do you have hard water deposits on your shower walls? If so, does the steam cleaner get it off? I'm looking for something less harsh than chemical cleaners and vinegar isn't cutting it.

@@peggyk.738 no.... We have tile and grout so we just have mildew and soapscum issues. Its doesnts shoot out hot water.... Just steam. I think i was looking for more of a compact power washer, but it worked anyways, for me.
