Not going to lie I would kind of be disappointed in my dog if I seen him react this way. Its like watching your kids getting bullied and not standing up for themselves

I'd suggest getting some serious weight off that red male if you want him to live a healthy long life. He looks like he could have a hypothyroid issue which is common in Dobermans.
