Ferrari only sells their limited edition cars to people, who already own ferraries. When La Ferrari came out, they sold them for 2 million USD, on the second hand market, the price was 5 million USD (might not be the exact numbers, but something like that). Ferrari only sold them to their most loyal customers with huge collections of their cars.
