2:03 "I have to go talk to a team... before a game and tell them to play... and I can't." That breaks my heart. Stuff like this tells you just how fragile life is. Kobe made the most of his time here on this earth, and his legacy is a ripple in time that will be felt forever. Let's all embrace the Mamba Mentality and live our best lives. For Kobe.

I was severely depressed and suicidal 8-10 years ago. But being a Kobe fan and reading deeply on his work ethic, perseverance, and motivating quotes gave me the courage to go outside and play ball. From there on out I was able to do more than just play ball. I went back to school, reignited relationships, and got my life back. This hurts beyond belief. A lot of negativity is clouding my mind at the moment on how unfair this is. Regardless, you are an icon to me Kobe. You were a big part of what saved my life. Thank you for everything. Andrew Everson bro am 27, I remember in highschool walking down the hallways shooting paperballs into trash can yelling KOBE!. by the time i was old enough to even pay attention to basketball jordan was playing for the wizards. So kobe really was our generation of Jordan. Sad day.
