Unmanned Aerial Vehicle I believe. Basically in CoD you can call in a UAV and they will tell you on your minimap where the enemies are

That kid wasn’t that bad. Trust me I’ve played with WAY worst randoms. The kid had proper call outs, doc was able to trust him to get those 2 kills while doc took out the other. He died a few times but hey he carried his weight.

That point would work if the uploader was saving it to their personal collection so they'd know it's the game they consider the funniest. YT is a public platform and the video title advertises to the sites users what a video is all about. I came across this streamer today and decided to watch this video and I was sorely disappointed by it due to the title, so I agree with OP.

If I didn’t read the comments to see fans of the dr talking down the title, I would have thought the dr was so serious that this was his standard for a laugh. Glad I read further as this defs meets the cut for a chill viewing experience if that’s what he intends it to be. 10/10 was thoroughly chilled.
