I bet this is the best explanation on the difference between Docker ENTRYPOINT and CMD, very clear and crisp. Thank you @Mumshad Mannambeth. One request from my end, please create a video explaining container layers in detail. This will help many people understand what containers really are and what makes them such light weight. I still see some of them are little confused when talking especially about container virtualization and it's uses.

Seriously that video is everything I looked for, I work with docker for almost 2 years now, and I am not gonna lie, this has been always an underrated topic that I kept sleeping on (like the ubuntu container lol) and never understood ... Thanks a lot!!

Initially you told if CMD specified in json format, then the first value should be executable one like sleep, whereas with the introduction of ENTRYPOINT we are only specifying CMD ["5"]. How this is handling in this situation

Thanks for the video. It was very clear explanation. One question for pod, if we enter a command , we can give its argument as below. But in yaml file why it does not appear as args ?
