I suppose objdir is an internal tool, but you can download winobj from technet (here: technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/winobj).

I would like to know too. You can get the same info with WinObj from Sysinternals though. docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/winobj
