He's a great musician and has done a lot of great things with Carl Perkins, George Harrison, Chuck Berry to name a few. Thanks Dave!!

Oh boy, that was hard to watch... But Dave was so patient and kind and got through it. Some artists would have got mad and walked out.

I idolized Dave Edmunds when I was a teen and I still do. Saw him live with Rockpile and I will never forget that great performance.

Love Dave Edmunds. Hard to watch the clunky behind the scenes staff though. Ugh. He did a great job.

Speaking of Brian Setzer there is a great interview of him on this channel. Riding on a Tour Bus when he was much younger.

i thought it was good that the interviewer wasn't too hip because he asked what people who also weren't"know it alls" would want to know

The woman who mentioned Chuck Berry just after 13 minutes into this dismal interview, should have been the interviewer, at least she sounded more into the spirit of things. With the different interviews of Dave Edmunds that I have watched, I have never seen him so uncomfortable, the poor guy just looked like he couldn't wait to get out of there. And what the hell was all this with written paper between takes, it looked so unprofessional, it was embarrassing to watch. I think that to a legend such as Dave Edmunds, it was bloody insulting.

The record labels arrange this stuff when the artist is on tour- if you don't do every publicity opportunity they throw at you, or have a good manager who can weed out the crap, they lose interest in the artist. But I should have had the nous to high-tailed it out of there and get back to the hotel bar.

I thought I would learn something about the influences in Dave's musical life. I don't know what was going on in that studio but it certainly made Dave appear quite uncomfortable. The interviewer and crew were not professionals.

Dear God these guys are toe curlingly amateurish - great patience form Dave.

Dave, I'll never regret watching you and I thank the uploader but this film crew was abysmal.

I will never understand most interviewers. News reporters are even worse. And people wonder why Bob Dylan and Van Morrison are so hostile to towards them.
