Mai bhi puchhungi ye injection, waise first me mujhe ye injection nhi laga tha, but koi doosra booster dose tha wo divthi, name kuchh aur tha. Maine to abhi talk nhi start Kiya tha walk outside, Monday se start karni h walk mujhe, weight gain ho hi jata h ghar ki cheezen alag hi hoti h thodi fatty. Lekin tension nhi Lena weight ka, all will be recovered after delivery. 🤰 Happy time mommy 🌸

Khud ka weight gain hone se jyda important hai ki baby ka weight gain ho .. diet me high protein include kariye jisse baby ka healthy weight gain ho.. sabhi ki body alag alag type ki hoti hai islie kisi ka kam weight hota hai kisi ka jyda but ha pregnancy me weight gain thoda hona bhi chahie
