The woman on the TV is Barbara Windsor playing Peggie Mitchell from BBC Soap Opera Eastenders... but you guys might know her as the woman whose bra flies off in Carry On Camping

Barbara Windsor is a legend of British acting :) she was also known for the carry on films :)

Calvin's right. The pub scene is supposed to be from Britain's most famous soap opera, EastEnders. The Queen Victoria (The "Queen Vic") is kind of the central setting for a lot of the show, and Peggy (the character in that scene) ran the pub for about 20 years or so.
