I think that this version of Sutekh is actually quite sweet looking. To me he looks like a Flying Fox (the bat, not the rope slide) who is hugging the Tardis like a teddy bear. And he has a cute velvety nose that I want to pat. The only creepy bit is the words that come from that lovely resonant voice.

It can be a random reference, but I find it suspicious, with all the talk of memory changing and the details from the scene in the Time Window that ended up not being well explained. And I have a feeling Mrs. Flood is involved in that.

Your reference for 1066 doesn't make sense if Sutekh was only on the TARDIS since Pyramids of Mars, it would make more sense if it was when the 11th Doctor visited in Pond Life Part 5 and got it hit with an arrow.

When they brought up the whistle I expected there was going to be a version of k9 appearing at some point but unfortunately they didn't go there I thought it was going to be either a panel open up in the TARDIS and they're being a chunk of canine inside operating the Tardis or something like that if you remember the Sarah Jane Smith television series canine was under the desk and her house for I forget how long I don't know if they ever brought the character odor or not but he was in a area under her desk keeping a Time Vortex or something like that from consuming the Earth there was this little panel she opened up under her desk a couple of times in the series to check on Canine and they have little interactions. I theorize Ruby’s biological father (William Benjamin Garnet) might secretly be The-Doctor’s son. I remember a cradle an episode, a few years back, that hinted that The-Doctor, and River Song might have had their own baby. I theorize the gender of the their love-child is a baby boy. I also theorize that love-child, was protected by The-Silence race, by the request of (River Song). In addition I imagine that, her baby son, would remain with them, up until he was old enough, to take care of himself.

All those planets mentioned have significant contributions to death in their stories including Earth's past-future stories, was Earth Shock included, interesting with this one it was the dinosaurs being wiped out it was part of a myth that the Egyptian Gods first came to Earth around then and it possible Sutekh was part of this myth and this includes the City Of Death ending to as early origins of human history and those dinosaurs before humans. But in this story, the villain is influenced by an ancient alien god-like entry under the radar of the time lords. Questions of early influences from Sutekh?

I can't help but wonder if they're doing some Shenanigans with the name Mrs flood. The bit on the roof was clearly a Mary Poppins wink. I'm surprised she didn't start floating. Mrs Flood is a future Kate L-S; she is the very model of a modern Major General which is higher than a Brigadier (like her father before her or her grandfather The Captain) in both US & UK military ratings/rankings. EDIT: and agent of Death having the power to age-to-dust is common enough in cinema. And of course I have been waiting for Jenny to be confirmed to be Susan Foreman's mum since she was first called Doctor's Daughter!

I'd notice a blooper on inside taardis when Ruby left the doctor, the police box was shown in front , so the police box will be shown reverse letters, where evey one can see the tardis, what a blooper😂, so rewatch you will notice

In my head canon, not only does Sutekh reverse his own destruction, he also, because TARDIS timey-wimey, reverses the destruction wrought by the Flux. Nobody seems to care about half the Universe being destroyed in the Flux, so perhaps Sutekh should fix it.

The fact she also got 'Dusted', really stumps me about who Mrs. Flood could possibly be. If she was some kind of God-Like being, surely she would have saved herself from being killed?
