అది సమంత సలహా కాదు డాక్టర్స్ చెప్పిందే అయి ఉండాలి. ముక్కు దిబ్బడ పట్టేస్తే డాక్టర్ గారు జండు బాం ఆవిరి పట్టమని చెప్పారు. 2. బెనుకులకు ice, పెట్టడం, వేడి నీళ్లు కాపడం పెట్ట మంటారు. ఇలా చిన్న చిన్న వాటికి కూడా డాక్టర్స్ దగ్గరకు పోయి వేలకు వేలు వదిలించుకునే బదులు స్వంతంగా వైద్యం చేసుకో వచ్చు. తప్పు కాదు.
