Darren Espanto was 15 😳 in this performance 🎭. He was born in Calgary, Canada 🇨🇦 to Filipino parents 🇵🇭. Morissette Amon and Klarisse de Guzman auditioned for The Voice Philippines 🇵🇭 in 2013. Darren Espanto and Lyca Gaironod auditioned in 2014. Zephanie Dimaranan followed in 2015. She lost 😖 but won 🏆 Idol Philippines 🇵🇭 in 2019. Chloe Redondo auditioned in The Voice Teens Philippines 🇵🇭 in 2018. Pia Banga in 2019. All of these singers were coached by Sarah Geronimo. I think he was 14 or 15 in this video. Born in Canada and participated in a number of singing competitions here. Went to the PH to participate in Voice Kids when he was about 13. His second place prize pkg included a scholarship, so he stayed there to go to school and further his voice training, but was an instant hit. Sold out concert that he headlined - youngest. Almost 22 now and his low register is much more developed of course, but he still has the high notes. Consistently ranks in the top 3 favourite male singers in the PH.
