Hi Asmi Fatima, did you checked the system group "Database Administrators", are you part of this or not. I still have access to DB as my community is on 24.1. Will let you know more about it, once my community gets updated.

In the record Type you would be seeing Modify Source fields. This will let you add field in record as well in the db as well.
