Theft insurance lapsed, FIR lodged with local police station who are busy with election work. Sir, is there any way to lodge a lookout notice for the vehicle outside my state?

Now a days most RTOs do not provide RC/DL in physical format. We have to download them. In case of impounding what is the way out, as you have mentioned: in that case we need to produce these documents in physical format. You haven't mentioned the remedy
