Жыл бұрынThis is a overview of first fitment for the Gen III (3) Hemi 392 (6.4L) out of a 2018 Charger Scat Pack into my 2000 Dodge Dakota R/T. I also utilized the 8HP70 out of the same car.

Hey man great video. I’m going to start doing this swap myself. I’m using a TR6060 trans. Did you have issues using the Holley mounts? Thanks.

Honestly I'm surprised myself with how much room you have with the 8hp. Damn thing has more clearance than the 46re 💀

@@R2GNels answers most of my questions and concerns with swapping mine. Especially with the accessory relocation brackets, I wasn't sure if I needed them or not 😂

Are you going to use the 392 Factory Manifolds and will they work with the Holley engine mounts?

I can put them in and see if they work but im going with some hooker headers. However, I will try the factory ones out for fitment.

They're just little shortie headers, I see no reason why they wouldn't clear anything. Itd be the down pipes you gotta worry about. And honestly the set of hooker tri-ys that holley sells are gonna be the best bang for your buck with these trucks.
