Yes, the SRT 10 got a wierd ticking noise. Mine quad cab has that noise to. Only 62000 miles. But i love the powerband it makes 🤩 Btw the sub on the srt 10 is under the left rear seat.

I’m from San Antonio and chevys run this town lately gmc have been coming up I personally have a 2011 gmc sierra Denali and nothing beats the Bose sound system

I own an SRT-10. Put Mobil 1 15/50 synthetic in it & it’ll shut up the motor & pick up oil pressure. Only run the Mobil oil filter or viper oil filter. K&N will blow a hole through the filter because it can’t handle the oil pressure

I say the srt. You don’t get to see those rams every day. In SA tx you always see chevys especially the ss all the time I’m a fan of both but the srt is better in my opinion. The srt you get a v10 better then a v8. You break necks better then a ss does. Plus you also get s rare truck then a common ss. And I read somewhere that the v10 is normal to sound like that. The subwoofers and so on are mostly under the back seats. The seats are common when you have a srt in anything. Sometimes in cars like the charger r/ta and so on are uncommon to have better seats then normal like they have r/t decals in the seats but are like the srt seats but again those are uncommon but not rare on what I’ve seen.

Great comparison video, Jonathan. Really enjoyed this content. Getting down to the nitty gritty of it the SS is undoubtedly the better built of the 2. SRT-10 will bring in a bigger treasure chest but the SS is undoubtedly worth more in the long run.

And also to add the SS can be easily modded to what u want it to be engine wise

I run mobil 1 15w50 oil in my SRT-10 and there’s no noise.
