According to all laws of the metagame, Dodrio should not be able to succeed. The stuns of Mewtwo, Urshifu, and Zacian are too plentiful, while the shields of Blissey deny his purpose. The Dodrio of course, plays anyway. Because the three of them don't care what the meta tells them is impossible.

Dodrio has been saving my sanity in Pokémon unite for almost an entire year now. It’s the most well balanced Pokémon in the game in my opinion. Fits the speedster role perfectly and punishes unskilled plays while rewarding skillful play more than any other character in the game.

You can only do it on dodrio, and hoopa was attacking spragels so his dunks were interrupted (: but you can move on dodrio so your points are different valued dunks

What are some good supports to play? I'm new to this game and am looking into clefairy. Elde looks good, but i don't think i can land his skillshot too well. I mostly play ranked mode. I've gotten to expert class 4 in my first week, but thats mainly using pikachu and slowbro.

Honestly go with blissey or clefable if you’re looking for a really solid support that doesn’t take too many skill shots, only issue with supports rn is curse items and relying on good teammates so good luck to you if you want to stick with supports during this meta.

I have a question for newbies. Before you played Unite, have you either played anything in this genre before or at least looked up guides and videos on playing? I'm asking for an EXTREMELY good reason, I normally prefer jungle, ( mid ) and I've noticed so many new people stealing postion and xp from teammates. ( That normally results in a report from me, no need for it. ) And unfortunately I'm unable to continue unless my lane is cleared, so stealing stops me and people like me, and we I enevitably end up losing because I refuse to work with people like that. It only just happened in my previous game and I was stuck until 7 minutes had passed. By that time, both lanes were cleared from us, 3 on our team scored zero, and even after I had 3 minutes, I scored over 170 points. So, stop your bullshit, it's a team game, we are supposed to help each other, not be a bloody handicap. It's entirely up to you if you want to continue to be a handicap and eventually face a report or help your team.

@@Frick8375 you dont get slowed with the x speed and you have the option to use after the stun to recover the speed gauge faster, but yes full heal is better.

I hear you and Jake, but I think the goblin was cooking. Spots the Elde leaving Tier 1 goal for the Eleki at 4:09 Sees it solo ripping (probably by using the camera while KO'd) and goes up to challenge Stops Elde with a Mewtwo assist 4:38 Secures the objective at 4:47, then rotates down to help the team at the bottom Regi Personally I think keeping the other team at a level disadvantage by winning the fight and securing the bottom Regi was more valuable then 43 points (their 23 + Eleki's 20) Bonus: 5:48 lets Jake score first to set up a bigger overdunk, then meat-shields Lapras (while remaining on base to speed up the score) to lead to a 39 point overdunk Good work goblin!

@@spragels Makes sense. I've just never played or looked at Dodrio before, so its partial scoring interested me and I noticed the AW didn't proc sometimes during the video. Looks like I've still got lots to learn.

Ive decided tonight that Im not playing anymore until they nerf mewtwo. I played against a fuckin mewtwo blissey combo tonight, and he did over 230k damage. Im fuckin sick of it. They clearly dont want people to play their game anymore.

0:40 This is not a good mind set to throw out to inexperienced players, people will be dying even more than normal to maximize their damage while contributing even less. But obviously in general, doubling your damage will lead to more wins but not at the sake of 1v5ing
