This is why I think that each band should have someone function as a musical director. It doesn't even need to be the same guy for every song.

Absolutely! I know a group who allocates one of the members at a time for their different performances. They keep switching on songs after songs 😎

I was a music director and a composer at the same time for 4 years in a game company. It's like being a producer working with shadow writers basically, but those additional composers are also credited.

@@mphub.official It was. It was a lot of back and forth, because people I was directing had to follow style made for the game, so I was often rewriting their parts while writing main tracks, and then sending them back for completion.
