Rubber bands get tangled and are not to size But on the plus size of rubber bands they don't have the knot as the weak spot

We'd describe ourselves as more like a cross between a rubber band and a tape.. Adventure Tape is definitely more grippy, stronger and versatile than most rubber bands! You're right though, the knots do create a weak point, so we always recommend tucking the tape over itself, or say a hangman type knot to secure it...

By the looks of that tape it is a self amalgamating tape so when stretched it should stick to itself it proved that at the end with the can when you let it go it stuck to it’s self I am based in the UK and I am a mobile mechanic I have used similar tape to fix holes in coolant lines on cars and vans to get them home some of the temporary repairs I have done I don’t think have ever been changed

Beware that rubber breaks down over time. I've had rubber bands melt onto and even into things, even though they were kept in the A/C. Therefore, don't wind up electric cords and use rubber bands and then store them away, because when you go to get them later, the rubber bands will have melted. I don't know about this stuff, it looks different, better than rubber bands.

Adventure Tape can be used for all sorts of things once you get the hang of it :) Gear repairs, bushcraft, packing stuff, totally reusable too! During lockdown we're also finding lots of uses for it around the house. P.S. its not bondage tape!! Adventure Tape is waaay stronger and grippier

im guessing this is like rescue tape and it sticks to its self once stretched? so this whole video was just how to use the tape wrong by putting a knot in it and completely ruining the strength of the tape....
