If you allow sunlight to pass through a blue cut lens and then use a prism to disperse the light into a spectrum, you will still see the color blue in the resulting spectrum. This is because blue cut lenses are designed to filter out a specific range of blue light wavelengths, and they do not block all blue light. As a result, other shades of blue that are outside of this range will still be visible when you view the spectrum.

In my experience try to use polarized glass while using pc for long duration..... It gives more comfort and reduce maximum light. It will not affect the viewing experience....
