No, you're seeing contrails. Cloud seeding is done at cloud level and doesn't leave long trails. As a weather front approaches, a band of colder, moist air is pushed in ahead of it. This creates ideal conditions for contrail formation, and is why you'll often notice more contrails just before bad weather. It's not the contrails making the weather, it's the weather exacerbating the contrails.

Ernie, Thank you so much for the info. I have been seeing these chem trails for the last 10 years and it has caused our weather to get crazy. There is no longer a such thing as a calm rain, it is always super strong winds, tornadoes, lightening like I have never seen before. They are purposely doing this and what they are releasing into the atmosphere is dangerous to humans, animals and crops. Look at all the floods happening here and all over the world, our government is purposely doing this, it is truly sick and twisted.
