I’ve been enjoying Mira on peeling away the clutter. Her channel is just a few months old. And Miss Heart of a hoarders heart. Have learned so much from them. Also Tracy Akamini . I can see I’m going to like your channel. I do like a little story time in between music.

I have long covid and vertigo and struggle with leaning over for long periods of time. I see that table and would have it set up so I didn’t have to sort while bending over! Showing great progress there. I have an art studio to to, along with purging for a possible home sale in the future!

First of all - totally proud of what you're accomplishing! Within those 5 minutes, and elsewhere! As far as month long challenges, that sounds like fun and something that may make year goals easier to achieve :) Like I've told others, "goals" feel like you are either going to win or lose and for some things, the feeling of losing would do more harm than good. So I've looked at your standard goals as 'improvements'. You need to improve you water intake. You need to improve on how much sleep you get. There is always room for improvement, so you're never failing at it and whether if it takes you one month, a year, three years, five years.... you'll get there as long as you work at improving ;) See what I mean? Goals just feel like chores and if you don't succeed its so easy to just give up on. I know making improvements can be difficult but it is in the mindset. I may actually take you up on emailing you one day soon! Thank you for at least allowing that opportunity. You are amazing, and I look forward to seeing the next one!

I liked this format, it was fun to have the 5 minute periods of music and focus on work and then the breaks with you talking. You are definitely making great progress!! I love the idea of the month long challenges for different things. I might implement that. A month is a great timeframe, long enough to make a difference but not so long that it feels like an eternity to reach the end. I wish you the best in the new year with your journey to better!! Thanks for letting us tag along with you!

Thank you so much! A whole year for a handful of resolutions might work for others but I don't have that attention span. I need things that seem achievable. A month sounds doable for creating lasting habits.

Yes, I agree with trying different challenges for one month at a time. It does seem more doable and I’m thinking things like; no pop one month or no pasta or certain carbs for one month and see how it feels. ❤

Stories❤❤❤ and I like the longer cleaning videos❤❤❤ and yes please🙏 I know I asked you before, but when you are all organized, home tour please👌 I’ve been recovery since 1988. I was 37 when I got sober, in my case I could not just cut down. I had to make a conscious decision to stop everything.. I wish you the best ❤ my go to drink is selzer water, diet cranberry juice, which only has 5 cal and a lime.

I can probably swing one soon - obviously not fully decluttered and organized but I think it's good for others to feel more "normal" in their current state. It's been sooo rainy and soggy lately that I can't get out to the yard for footage.

I like a 15 or 20 minute video. I used to watch videos that were about an hour long, but, I only end up watching about half of any of those now, it seems. I really like you. Just subscribed the other day. Talking is good. I just don't like repetitive loud music. Soft background music is better for me. Thanks for reading! 🌻 I used to.watch long videos

I KNEW there was a name for it that I wasn't coming up with! Thank you - I am thinking February for me might end up being a caffeine free month or a sugar free month (fruit not included). I'm more of a savory person but there's address a few sweets I've been struggling with lately (Nerds gummy clusters and Girls Scout cookies).

Five minutes wouldn't cut it for me. I'm 64, fat, disabled. B.b.sit our one yr. Old grand 5 days. Hubs never cleans.today I did 5 loads of his laundry, need to chuck alot, but no time (yes, I ignored it x months, he would go naked). Packed up 3 boxes xmas stuff, one more for donation. One for our daughter. Did dishes, cooked supper. Cleaned 3 litter boxes, wheeled down trash,I have no choice or it will be condemed. Just have to push till forever.

I really like the 2 different pov angles. U asked for votes, music over videos or voiceovers..... neither lol I personally like live footage vlogs. I'm cleaning with you not sitting and watching. if I want to hear music, I'd listen to music channel, if I want storytime, I'd listen to a podcast. lol videos don't match the actual content anymore. Thank for being real and not cleaning a clean house 😊

💙💜💙 Thanks so much for all of the feedback! I'm so thankful someone finally commented on the extra angle setups (there's even a video with 3 phones running footage) because I love doing them but they're very time consuming to edit. Glad to know others think its worth the extra work :) I do plan on doing more live sessions in the future. I had a few tech blips in my first one that my streaming service is working on with me so I can't wait until it's sorted out and I can livestream more. I hope I get to see you more in the community - the people in my audience are truly the best! 💙💜💙
