I could be wrong but I believe when they're making the actual foundation adding the dye (or whatever makes the foundation skin tones) Alters the Formulation. For Example if a brand has a foundation line claiming to be a Matte Finish, adding the particular dyes that make the foundation "porcelain" could cause the product to be too matte/overly dry because it needs such low concentration of color & the ones used to make really deep shades could cause the foundation to be too oily or to separate when used because alot of ingredients would go into making the dye a dark color. So as a Company trying to put out a "Matte" Foundation You choose to use shades that work with the formulation you made or else the Product would not be able to have claims of being Matte if the pale shades are going to be too dry to use & the deep tones will make it a "dewy" foundation So they just choose not to include those & Decide to call the lightest shade they could make with the formula "Porcelain" or "light" & Vice Versa for the Deep shades

Hope you review the new Huda Beauty foundation!! It's suppose to work on oily and dry skin so even if your skin is dry from Accutane it should work. When I was on Accutane I wasn't even that dry but now years later my skin is the desert floor lol...

Tara Spaugy unfortunately Accutane didn't work out the best for me. I'm super sensitive to meds and I had so many side effects that I was never able to reach a proper dose. Therefore my doctor had me on it for about a year at a tiny dose. It did help with the major cysts I was having though. The things that have helped the most with my skin are Photo Dynamic Therapy (red light therapy at a dermatologist office, which shrinks oil glands, not an at home versions those aren't that strong) and to take care of the residual hormonal acne I had left Spirolactone has worked wonders for me!! No side effects at all for me either. Taylor tried it and it didn't work for her but maybe had I tried it earlier on in my acne journey it might not have worked for me then. There's some face products that have helped as well (because I can't be on Spiro right now since I'm going to be having a medical procedure done) that I can tell you if you're struggling. Doesn't work as well as the meds but thankfully still helps a ton.

I don't understand her. Her face is fucked from years of make up clogging her pores and soaking chemicals up. She has to quit all make up and hit the sauna for 1h a day for a month and swipe her face as much as she can and keep on vegis. not fruits as it has sugars. Her face can't regulate it self and she is caking that on like a clown. If she did what I said she would be fine. she needs to Purge the toxins from the skin on her face. 2 ways...sweat it out from heat or allow the skin to regrow with nothing on it....takes months. so sauna. she will ruin her skin by 40 if she wears that everyday.

That is some pretty bad advise as not everything works for everyone. The other commenter already covered everything about the diet and all not being the cure for everyone but I would like to add as someone who uses sauna weekly that it doesn't help at all on your skin. Just sweating on sauna doesn't help your skin to purge from toxins, if that would be the case all Finnish people would have skins clear ass a baby's butt.

Accutane changed my life! I struggled for so long with acne and now I can't remember what it's like to have it. I feel free. I barely wear foundation anymore but when I do I can wear any type now. I could only wear matte foundation before but now I can wear matte or dewy and it looks amazing on my skin. Accutane is a process but definitely worth it!

I'm new here, I do not have acne - but I am obsessed with foundation. I appreciate that you show us up close what it looks like!!!! Me seeing foundation on someone who looks like a model with all the filming lights and an autofocus camera tells me NOTHING! I want to see it up close. For a longtime I had unrealistic expectations from foundations because I'm watching these videos like why don't I look like that!!!!!!! I have dry skin so I don't always need the same foundation as use but your so thorough I can kind of base my needs off what you say about foundations and I've gotten some good ones from you!! I'm SO excited for your accutane journey!! One of my best friends took it in high school and his entire world did a 180. His skin healed beyond belief.. it really is a wonder product. I know the dryness during was actually pretty severe, and it took a toll on him, but I'm so glad he saw it through. He has gorgeous skin!

Oh, girl. I got nervous when I saw those swatches. The color of the Wunder2 swatch literally reminded me of macaroni and cheese. I thought it looked good applied to your face- a little too dark but definitely not orange. But oh man, that swatch. Also your eyeshadow is beautiful! Your eyes look so big and bright! Oh they definitely still ramble! They do, for the most part, keep it at the beginning, and it's easy to tell when the actual murder telling starts because of the way the ads are placed. I think they even say in most of the episodes "Skippers come back!" because they know not everyone likes their random shit talking.

I bought this foundation last year when I bought Wunderbrow and it broke me out in the absolute worst way! It sticks like glue and is so hard to take off - my skin was a wreck for months after using it for a week. I hope it doesn't have the same effect for you! The lip plumper and the brow products from the brand are awesome though, if you get a chance to try them!

I am using this foundation as my daily foundation. I apply Laura Mercier Mineral powder in Real Sand over top and its perfection. I wouldn,t use it for a formal function but for everyday its wonderful. I am light skinned, normal/dry complexion and I am 54 yo. Love your channel and your content. Good luck with the Accutane.

I feel sorry for him, the reaction just on this wee comment section must be something he faces every time he walks out the door. We're such a hateful species, just because his uncle was a murderer has nothing to do with him as a person. Ted Bundy was a psychopath and their first victims are always their families.
