I want to express my gratitude to you, Mam, for sharing such a valuable explanation. I'd like to share my story too. Ever since I recovered from Covid, I've been experiencing extreme hair loss, with 140-170 strands falling out each day. Despite trying several serums, oils, capsules, and gummies, nothing seemed to work. However, after doing thorough research, I altered my diet to include more protein-rich foods while reducing my intake of white flour and sugar. Additionally, I performed warm-up exercises to improve blood flow, and I switched to using Littleextra Cocoonion Natural shampoo and hair oil to control hair fall. By following these steps, I now only lose 10-15 strands of hair each day, which is normal.
