She has her Moms character at times, hence the nastiness at three women at reunion. Melody divorced her husband because he was a cheater, ignorant man who was disrespectful to she and her children. Listening to this and little bits about SCOLT's building projects makes me wish we could see more of these moments on the show; it would be nice to showcase a little more of Black Excellence to the drama to balance things out a bit. ❤

This interview was refreshing. Dustin asked all the questions the audience was interested in knowing in the most gentle manner. As someone who is from rural Alabama, got my education and left I know why the fans are so involved in this show. Hunstville is small. This is the biggest thing some of them have ever seen. Some have never left. Some have never read a book after high school. Some are small minded without a lot of cultural experiences. This is the biggest thing that they feel within tbeir grasp and they feel like they need to be in it to make themselves feel better. My expert opinion from a small town Alabama native.

@@CozyKayyHer grammar and vocabulary are not fine. Tisha went to the speech therapist as a storyline in season 1 because her loving husband told her she had a lazy tongue. The therapist told her that she had a strong regional dialect - not a speech impediment. It hasn’t been addressed since. Had she left AL and taken that job out of state instead of accepting Marseau’s proposal after a month of dating, she would have shed some of her accent/dialect and country ass ways!

I believe she controls them bc whatever Mel says, the melomutts believe it and run with it. For example, it was said she told her puppets to unsubscribe from a CC that she didn’t like, and they did it. She had people thinking that destiny was trying to portray Mel as a bad friend at the reunion when destiny didn’t say that. All destiny said was that she had not talked much with Mel after they wrapped.

Tisha!!! Great to see you here! I completely understand being a mother, still wanting to pursue your career and you've done it very well. Congratulations on your son going to college. I also grew up in the projects, but education was big. The blessing is, that you had options to be a stay at home mom, then continue your education and that's perfectly fine in wanting to be with your children as they grow. You look beautiful, your home decor is stunning and your mom, hey, she's grown but I do love how she defends you always. It doesn't take away from your accomplishments at all. The overall greatness is, you have a family unit, you're building legacy, ownership, you're a woman doing the thing, ok! Love and blessings to you, hubby and children❤❤❤

I actually am beginning to like Tisha. I feel there needs to be some boundaries set with her mother. I admit she can't control what her mother says or do but when it comes to her children her mothers actions are a no no. How do you think these kids feel going to school hearing other kids talk and laugh at their grandmother. My opinion is that when Melody told Carlos she and Martell was having Marital problems, Carlos changed the tone of the show. Marsau took Martell side chick money. Then the cast members believed everything Martell told them negatively about. Melody. I think Melody was hurt that they all knew that Martell was cheating. There was something Tisha threw up to Melody when they were arguing is that the girlfriend was riding around in a matching car as Martell or Melody. That was several years ago. Melody felt they all knew about Martell and his side chick. It appears there could be better questions

Didn’t Mel throw up in Tisha’s face on several occasions that Marsau was cheating? Mel never felt the need to tell Tisha that Marsau was cheating until it came out that Martell was cheating. Until then Mel never said anything, and out of her own mouth she knew Marsau was cheating on Tisha. It’s amazing that Mel is the exception to every rule, but all the other cast members are so horrible when they give her the same energy that she gives them.

Martell began to tell Melody what the other men were doing AFTER he got caught. It was Martell that threw up the "20 women" comment and insinuated Marsau was cheating. Melody only told Tisha that she needs to "pull up" on her husband AFTER Tisha threw in her face that she knew Martell was cheating all along and she knew he purchased a car for the sidechick. That was the ONLY time Melody threw that in Tisha's face as a RESPONSE to what Tisha said.

Since season one, Mel began throwing shade at kimmies age, saying she old and aging. She, and martell, said many times that marseau was cheating on tisha. She said that Maurice’s and kimmies business was irrelevant compared to theirs (holts). Mel kept dissing marsaus work ethic. In one scene, the holts, labarrick, and destiny were having dinner. Destiny told the holts that she was looking into marsau building her salon. And the hold began to tell her to be careful doing business with them. She ain’t no saint. And of course, I can tell u the things that they have said about Mel too. Everyone has been nasty to each other.

Tisha is unlikable at times because she is unable to do the things that she expects other people to do. She and Marsau hate the Melometers because the Melometers have proven that the Scott's aren't who they tried to make us believe. The Scott's, mainly Tisha and Marsau as well as Carlos King are the reason that Melometers exists because of how they took Martell's side and ganged up on Mel along with the other cast members and people in their family. Imagine how Mel felt when she and her mother had to fend for themselves against all of those people.

I really want to like Tisha, and I’m no “melometer” but Tisha is hard to like. I love her education journey and her overall professional trajectory. She comes off as very disingenuous. Everything she demands from others, she does herself. She wants everyone to be to her what she refuses to be for them. She’s not a girls girl by any means. I’d love to see more of her actual business in real estate and less interaction with the friendships with the cast.
