All i know is, God's creation is absolutely amazing. I will never be in a position where i will be able to see it for myself. But, when the Lord calls us into the clouds to ever be with Him, i will try to remember to look back and finally know for sure. Actually, I have a book which is based on Flat Earth theory proposed by leading Scientists as far back as 1800s. One of these scientists was the British Astronomer Royal [the Head Man so to speak]. So your contention that this is a very recent "phenomenon" is incorrect. In addition the arguments put forth in this book are very compelling. Just saying that perhaps a more objective approach would be more helpful if we are to get the the truth?

Isaiah used the word "circle" in ch. 40:22, but used the word "ball" in ch. 22:18. Why do people always skip over that fact. He knew the difference between the two words but wrote them as he did. So the point @11:00 mark is not a very good disproof.

They say the earth is rotating around the sun in an oval shape path. But then the sun is 400 times bigger than the moon, and 400 times further away than the moon and that's how we get an eclipse because they're both the perfect size. But if the path is an oval, the size of the sun in our sky would change throughout the year. Also, how could the sun be 400 times bigger than the moon, but millions of times the size of the earth at the same time? Isn't the moon smaller than the earth? That math ain't mathing

Actually the earh is compared to a foot stool (flat). Not once is earth compared to a ball yet it is mentioned in Isaiah 22:18 to describe something else.

If I look through a telescope when a boat is traveling away from where I am and after watching it hours and I still can see the bottom of the boat 25 miles away it means there is something wrong that I can still see the bottom of the boat where its floating on the water. Globe vs Flat is one thing. I think we should talk about the Firmament and The Luminaries first. As it is written in the scriptures, 1 The Hebrew word for Firmament is a solid structure or Giant Dome over the earth. Solid like a rock, transparent like glass and holding the waters above. A MAGNIFICENT creation by the Word. It divides the waters above from the waters below. Just like the waters in the oceans, seas, lakes, rivers, etc. are above the Firmament. And the clouds and rain are below the Firmament. I know I can not pass through a solid, can you? Don’t forget that the windows in the Firmament were opened and flooded the whole earth above the height of Mount Everest and then some. That’s a lot of water. 2. The Sun, The Moon and The Stars ALL have a path that they are commanded to follow AROUND the Earth. The Earth is stationary and the Sun , Moon and Stars rotate around the Earth. The Earth is the centre of attention. Read All the scriptures available to you today.

For those interested, the word "earth" in Genesis doesn't mean the third planet from the sun. The biblical earth always includes vegetation and animals, plus human beings. This excludes the seas and oceans, the polar regions, mountainous areas with glaciers, deserts, and even swamps, everglades , etc. where human beings don't live readily.

I noticed you hand selected ONE thing you thought you could manipulate and twist as your father, the Father of the Pharisees, did back when Yeshua walked the earth. But you never opened Genesis or Isaiah and looked at the Hebrew words, or even read Genesis to see what Yeshua told Moses to write. You need to have a radio with a variable frequency on the antenna. Back in the good old days. Before this was made automatic by my boss in my last job. AM. It's not about shape but it is about earth-speed and locality. I believe the third little mentioned option that fits Scripture and science ie. A geocentric universe with earth a sphere at the centre stationary with the heavenly bodies moving about the sun while the sun goes around the sun.

Dear Flat Earthers: Take a long exposure picture or a series of pictures of the night sky from both the north and south hemispheres. If you face the camera East both times, you'll have the stars appear to spiral around Polaris on your left when you're in the Northern Hemisphere and you'll have the stars appear to spiral around Sigma Octantis on your right in the Southern Hemisphere. If Earth is a globe spinning in space, this is how it will appear. If it is flat, you will not see any spiraling on your right in the Southern Hemisphere because the sky would appear to spin in the same direction relative to the ground as in the Northern Hemisphere. I have never been anywhere in the Southern Hemisphere, so I've never had the chance to do it, but I don't recall ever hearing about a Flat Earther from Australia or New Zealand. Let me know how it goes...

I appreciate his conversation regarding this topic. I just find it humorous that individuals are so bent out of shape in this comment section . Whether the earth is a globe 🌎 (which I believe) or flat , our priority isn’t to sow strife against each other but to see God’s creation and declare His glory, power, and dominion over all. At the end of the day, the shape of the earth isn’t what will save you.

I think this is part of a longer presentation by this gentleman. I have no idea how to deal with this though. It’s obviously a distraction, because there are so many much more important things to be talking about. So the question is basically, how do we keep the flat earthers from being a huge distraction, whilst not spinning our wheels trying to deal with it.

I'm not a flat Earther or round Earther. I know nothing about flat earth and as far as the globe, all I have is what the government, movies, and the public school system has told me. That's not sufficient evidence to me. But what I can tell is when someone is undermining their opponent, and not going after the most knowledgeable on the subject. He's saying that when he talks to flat earthers, he's constantly getting "I don't knows". He's not taking the debate seriously and will not be converting anyone from the other side. He's just going to get a bunch of confirmation from people who already agree with him.

Looking into flat earth allowed God to open my eyes to his creation. What I was taught was evolution from monkeys and we're just a random ball flying through space. But now I see and believe that makes no sense. It takes away from our special creation. The Bible is true. Is it flat? Is it a ball? Doesn't matter. What matters is God be glorified. So thank you Lord for showing me your creation and allowing me to give you praise while living in it. Please forgive me when I take it for granted. Love God and Love people.
