From the time Adam and Eve had Seth to today its been around 8thousand years which can be proven through the genealogy written in the Bible this is how we get an approximate age of the Earth next today's people aren't very Biblical and are taught evolution in mass which makes people believe in an old Earthnot to mention there's plenty of talk about aliens being real which further backs up evolution. People are taught the flood of Noah didn't happen and that there's no evidence when's there's evidence literally everywhere. See yt Chan Bryan Nickel and watch his 6 video on tesubject for scientific proof of massive flood Anda new creation or young creation earth. Remember Satan is fighting a war against God and his biggest weapon is man hubris, the media and Atheists. God bless.

SUMMARY OF THE BOOK OF GENESIS (My little contribution) . . 1) The Earth was not created 6000 years ago . 2) In Genesis 1, the earth was probably created thousands or millions of years ago. . And this is when God created a perfect Heaven (sky) and Earth, and This earth wasnt void and deformed but it was perfect. . God always create perfect-complete things. And not deformed, void, formless. . This perfect created heaven and earth had water on it, plants, and many living things like DINOSAURS. . . 3) In Genesis 1 v 2, It says the earth was formless, void, and ''Water'' was already on earth such that the Holy Spirit was hovering over the waters. . Here it shows that there is a jump of events which took place which left the earth void, formless, and polluted water, on which the Holy Spirit was hovering over, and these events are not recorded because the bible is not some history-science book. . God sets the scriptures in a such a way that it shows the most important things we need to know. To avoid distractions. So, God destroyed the first heaven(sky) and the earth killing/wiping out all dinosaurs, and all living things. These events took place between Genesis 1 v1 and Genesis 1 v 2 . . 3) Then now comes the Creation again. second creation after the first creation which God destroyed or we can say, The first creation after the first creation which God destroyed living the world void, formless and polluted water, on which the Holy Spirit was hovering on. . THIS EXPLAINS WHY GOD said Replenish the earth or refill the earth. because it was once filled but God destroyed everything in preparation of the creation of humans. . . 4) Then comes in order the 6 days creation which i personally believe there were not 24 hr days but rather 1000 years according to 2 Peter 3 v 8 and Psalm 90 v 4. For 1 day to God...to us its 1000 years. . So those 6 days of creation of Genesis chapter 1, were 6000 years...in earthly time and not 6 literal days. . . 5) Genesis 1 v 26 God created humans All races, Blacks, whites, indians, Asians etc all these people were created at the same time, male and female and were commanded to multiply and fill the earth. have babies and fill the earth. Eat the fruits. . LABOUR PAINS: At this time, the labour pains for women were very minimal. Women could easily give birth to children . Sin has not entered the world yet. . . 6) God rested on the 7th day (1000 years) without creating anything. . . 7) After the 7th day (1000 years) God decided to create one man, ADAM, The first Hebrew Prophet for one reason To till the ground and take care of His fruits and flowers in the Garden that He would create...which later He created in Eden and placed Adam in it. No Eve is created here yet. . . 8) Adam is lonely, God creates animals for him to name them and play with them. But Adam was still lonely . . 9) So God creates a woman, Eve, for him, as a help meet. As an assistant in taking care of the garden. And were not commanded to have sex and have babies. Such commandment was never given to Adam and Eve in the garden. . Until they had sinned and got kicked out the garden of Eden thats when they had their first Sex and Eve conceived and gave birth to Cain and Abel. With increased labour pains. . . 10) Adam and Eve sin God curses the snake, removes the legs and commands it to move on its belly, God increases labour pains for all women because of the Sin of Eve, God removes free things like food from Adam....No sweet without sweat now. , All the races of people outside the garden sins along with Adam. why? Because Adam was representing all races on earth. . All the races of people were being represented by Adam. . . 11) Adam and Eve get kicked out, and have babies. Cain and Abel. . 12) Cain kills Abel and goes to Nod and marries a gentile idolatrous woman from among the races of people like whites, blacks who were outside the garden populating and gives birth to Enock and builds a city. Because there were many idolatrous gentiles there. . . 12) In Genesis 6, Sin is increased on earth because Jews, sons and grandsons of Adam, just like cain, continued marrying idolatrous races of people and turned away from God except Noah and his family. . 13) Some gave birth to giants like who were humans just like Og the King, Goliath and his brothers. . 14) The giants of genesis 6 were humans a product of humans and humans. Jews and gentile people some of whom were already giants. . Angels do not procreate as Jesus says in the new testament. Therefore it was not fallen angels who were marrying women but Jews...true believers in yahweh marrying idolatrous gentile women....just like King Solomon as we see later. . . 15) God sends a local/regional flood which destroyed all the wicked except Noah and his family. . . 16) Yes the flood was not global but local...regional in that area. . It did not kill all the animals and birds on earth It did not kill all races of the People on earth . . Let me stop here for now, lest i write a book. . . Job 26:7 and he hangeth the earth upon nothing. So is it on a foundation Or does it hang upon nothing Is this a biblical contradiction or a misinterpretation Is it a circle as seen from above or a circle as seen from a view on earth This is where all the nastiness comes from that Pastor Allen was referring to. How many of us would read the Bible if it was written by Einstein. I guess we just need to have faith that he created the earth in 6 days - whether that’s from our perspective or Gods.

According to R.H. Charles and his work (specifically on the book of Enoch) you are correct. Mardel sells the paper back version for about $8.00. Half of that work explains why it's been laid aside by both the Jewish scholars and church (per say), but remaining half describes in full context who the demons are, what their plight is and "God's perspective" on the matter. Personally, I highly recommend its reading.

@@Rev22-21 I just got my RH Charles translation of Enoch book yesterday. Liking what I'm reading so far. Thank you for telling me about it. I already had Mike Heiser's book on Enoch 1 but been so busy lately I haven't had the chance to delve into that one yet.

I thought the expanding time theory was somewhat unnecessary and an attempt to sound “sciencey” A day to Man is one revolution of the earth. What is a day to God, before there is an earth, a sun, and a universe? Even trying to use big ideas falls short and further constrains our understanding. We end up making ourselves feel smart by filling up whiteboards with calculations and theories, but at the end of the day we end up saying nothing more intelligent than “it’s turtles all the way down.” Who are we to imagine we can fathom HOW God made the universe? I do believe that since God created the laws of physics, biology, and evolution, that those are the tools He used, but to imagine and explain the unimaginable is beyond Man’s abilities.

Genesis 9:3 after the flood God gave us permission to eat animals and plants for food!

That’s correct about eating meat after the fall (not the flood). However, for His people Hebrews (jews), He put restrictions on certain animals that were forbidden. After Jesus death and Resurrection, everything (meats) are to be eaten by thanksgiving and asking it to be blessed by God. But today’s food, meat, vegetables, plants are so filled with contaminants and people over indulge, thus….obesity and diseases.

* I fail to see your point. When God created this world, and that includes man, He created everything to live forever. Also, why would He create babies of any species that would require nurturing before they could be fully functional? God would have created parents first. I just answered the age old question of which came first the chicken or the egg. Lol.

I am saying with such a powerful God that can speak into existence, a world, a universe, living animals, and a man in an instant, the gap theory is just that, a theory. We should not be so concerned with how God created earth and the universe. Just believe the bible and have faith in God. Questioning how or why or when God did something doesn't further our relationship with God. Its makes us seem like unbelievers in God. Dear God help us to read your word, understand and believe it so we know how what our future is and not be so concerned about how long it took you to create the world and universe. I believe you are an all powerful God that created for 6 days and rested om the 7th. I read your word and see the signs that say you will soon be returning to gather his bride with him in the sky. Thank you, this was confusing to me too. He kept referencing 16 billion but that is nowhere in any science theory. Did he mean universe? I love his teachings but to be credible the facts need to be accurate so I was very disappointed in this teaching.

@@GeorgeGilbert-dy3dd not sure where you pick up a hate vibe, disappointed and incredulous that so many people still believe in old myths but I don't hate (that would be irrational) but I do have a certain amount of pity for them. I don't believe there is much of a correlation between intelligence and skepticism. Atheists are natural skeptics, we don't believe in any gods for the simple reason there no evidence to support such a belief. Belief in religion is almost completely determined by upbringing and peer group, not intelligence. So..if in a roundabout way your evidence to support the validity of the Bible is based on the IQ of believers, I would again disagree, but thank you all the same for your comment.

Classically the best prophecy makers make very vague, open to interpretation statements, that make kind of sense when made, that are, subsequently, interpreted in hindsight. Nostradamus was the master of this. Every specific prediction ever has fallen flat on its nose, for instance, the Jehovah's witnesses end of the world in 1914. Christians continue to wait for a Messiah's return in vain... sensibly no date has ever been mentioned. As for Jesus's global appeal....John Lennon summed this up 50 years ago, and I agree with his foresight and wisdom. Christianity is a global religion not because of its fundamental correctness but because the major European powers that conquered the world in the 16th to 20th centuries were Christian. Islam's spread into Africa and Asia was similarly driven by military conquest. In the 21st century demographics and birth rates are the drivers of religious popularity. Muslim countries have higher birth rates and so there are more Muslims than Christians. Those countries that resisted European colonisation most successfully have fewest Christians, eg China, India and Japan.....India did not resist the march of Islam as successfully however, even after partition in 1947, there is a substantial Muslim minority in India. History, politics and the Beatles, that's a fair start to a Saturday!

I always feel the holy Spirits presence when listening to pastor Nolan. Everyone Is entitled to their opinions. Pastor never CLAIMS to know everything. He teaches and we listen and make up our own minds. Pray about it.... Anyway, like PASTOR said, none of it truly matters anyway. ALL that matters is believing in the Lord Jesus Christ and proclaim he died for us and God rose him up from the dead! Amen
