In today's video I am exploring this brand new 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander XLE to see if this trim provides enough value for the price. Really appreciate this thorough review of the xle. I agree this is a great value trim. Oh and you get real leather with the limited and memory seat setting.

Please include an image of the driver door jamb sticker showing the payload for each vehicle. Always need three pieces of info: 1.MAX cargo carrying capacity (payload) 2. MAX tongue weight and 3. MAX towing (the least informative of the the three)

What do you think compared to the pilot 23?

I like the new Pilot. My favorite trim is TrailSport. Personally I would chose Pilot because of the V6 and more power. You will sacrifice a bit of the gas mileage and I think Toyota did a better job with the infotainment screen size.

No i haven't but when i got done and had some stuff in the rear, it opened from the remote. Maybe a glitch?

Yes it is underneath the compartmenf where the cargo cover is. 2 floor below lol

No. The XLE trim does not have parking sensors.

I think the Limited or Platinum trim is better, mainly because the wheels on the XLE are a bit bland.

Limited has more standard options. I like the cooled seats and larger wheels. It could be the sweet spot for many.

xle is really not really the base trim, it is for the gh but its a mid trim for other models

You are correct. But for Grand Highlander it is a starting trim as they dont have the L or Le, hence its a base trim lol

@@yournightmare9999 if your dealer is charging over sticker than look elsewhere. Plenty will sell it at MSRP or maybe less. Have you even seen this vehicle in person or are you just shooting from the hip because you dont like it?

Technically on Grand Highlander XLE is a base trim as they dont offer LE, it would be nice to have these options included at the price point but ..... Thanks for watching!

48k XLE grand highlander compared to 43K LE 2023 highlander...which is almost identical and you payed 5k for a 7 inches extra space

44,300 was MSRP on the one in the video. Also.it is better equippend than Highlander LE

Unfortunately only 10 % of Grand Highlanders will be hybrids.

@@MattTheCarguy That’s what Toyota promised, but you can check any Toyota dealer in America and you will see that they are only getting 10 % hybrids due to battery shortages.

@@zemo2332 hopefully it will change in the future. Currently they can't even supply 2 keys for most vehicles.
