No key @ same high rental’s fee. Speak to manager ask for discount for P.O. Box rental because limited access and your key will magically appear. Customer service is fast declining in this country because we accept and make excuses for the unacceptable!!

I have panniers on my bike that drop down from the Rock Bros bag. I find them very useful. I keep a windbreaker on one side and my new portable tire inflator on the other side. I needed my windbreaker yesterday. It was sunny but cool when I rode and especially in the shade. Oh, coming down a hill I hit 28.8 miles per hour. That is the fastest I have ever gone. I am not comfortable going that fast for very long.

The Himiway D7 is probably one of your favorite bikes, huge tires, gorgeous ride in that granite black color. That UPS store must be so frustrating to deal with, demand a credit. The UPS store in my area provides excellent multiple services. A lot of ebikes coming your way exciting times.....well except dealing with FedEx😂

Hi Russ! I have been out more now that the weather is warmer and i also make a few local deliveries on my Ebike at work! we also have no cicadas out here but were supposed to get some large spiders soon so not looking forward to that at all lol

Re: Hearing & Bells. I use my bell and usually follow up with “On Your Left…” (or right). One time I used my bell and a guy didn’t seem to notice. I got a little closer and said “On your left…” Going by him he said, “Thanks, I didn’t hear your bell.” 🤔Hmm. How does that work? If he didn’t hear it, how’d he know I used it? About half the foot traffic are using earbuds, probably also with noise reduction. I sometimes can’t discern this until I’m going by.

If the key thing is such a problem for them (getting it back from the old renter) they should do a deposit that you only get back when you return your keys. If you’re more than a week late, they keep the money and put it towards getting the box rekeyed. It probably doesn’t even have to be that much, say it was $50, I bet the vast majority would comply for $50. A quarter gets almost everybody to return their cart at Aldi.

Good idea. But those who would complain about it are likely those who would be the people who don’t return keys.

@@RussIsRight they are probably also the type who lose the box because they stop paying for it rather than affirmatively cancelling. Some customers you don’t want.

They need to give you a month free since they do not have a key for you. Supposing that you do get it fairly soon. That is really ridiculous. Why do they not have a key? Doesn’t your post office have boxes too? Maybe you already checked there. I got out yesterday for a nice ride down to a creek with a little park area and benches. That was nice.

The post office won’t hold packages for PO Boxes. That’s why we use a UPS Store for package holding.

@@RussIsRighti imagine they make new keys for new customers 🔑 and that’s part of the delay as a new mailbox customer. They probably do it once every x so often. Some one slacking maybe. Sounds like all of the above maybe 🤔 lol

Thats such bullshit. They don't have a key because former user still has it, and its expensive for them to change the lock, but you should be given a free month.
