The Sojourn 100% thought that was the enemy soldier visor and hid behind the cart, not realizing it was the friendly one.

So something I noticed is that this Sojurn was actually stopping to listen and watch and support the back line by peeling for them with the extremely aggressive tracer. They probably thought they heard the tracer going for the mercy had the beginning and during attack point 2 was trying to keep an eye out for that tracer.

huuuuuge respect for trying so hard to protect your backline from that tracer dude. hope you can climb out of bronze soon!

That soldier would swap from chill mode on cart and predator-lite mode so quick

this souj def one hundred percent deserves a higher rank. they generally know what they’re doing, try to use cover, don’t hit q immediately, don’t spam cooldowns randomly, positioning in general is not terrible, and they PEEL FOR THEIR SUPPORT which never happens in bronze. maybe their mechanics is not quite there yet but it’s already more decent than 90% of gold dps i used to encounter. i’d say that they should climb to plat relatively easy with more aim practice and better target focus

After watching this video, I noticed that the Ramattra on the enemy team only used his ult twice. First in overtime on offense, the other on defense. That's a good thing for our friend, but it makes me think that if this man had pressed Q more than twice, he could have made the game 2x harder

The biggest thing that helped me learn my mistakes was to watch myself from other players' perspectives. Watching my support/tank to see if I'm leaving without them. Check their DPS to see if I'm out in the open. Stuff like that.

Don’t forget that sojourn can shoot her primary fire while she’s overclocked. (Her ultimate) makes killing people easier, because you only need to shoot at least one bullet to then kill them with the rail gun to the head. (Unless your nano’d/dmg boosted via mercy)

sojourns ult is one of the few ults that require good aim to get any value

Definitely not bronze, but one thing I definitely think would help massively with their games is target priority. Applying pressure to the tank is ok but when choosing who to aim for when presented with a tank or a squishy, I’d go with the squishy especially with the ult. There was one part when he used multiple shots usurp the ult on the tank which could’ve gone to other targets. Biggest thing I can see besides that is simply he’s not comfortable with the movement and the map. It also seems like he gets overwhelmed very easy during fights (could be wrong) with the prefight seeming ok, but as the fight goes on they end up in front of the tank more often than not. Definitely can climb, just keep playing and eliminate some simple mistakes.

Been waiting for video like this for a while as a sojourn main I really like waiting others. But this sojourn has just keep on playing and improve and focus the tank more to gain charge more and as well needs to hold on to the rail gun for the right time and take time and make sure they are hitting that rail gun but overall they are looking good.If anybody is starting to play sojourn I recommend watching highways sojourn unranked to gm video it’s 11 hours long but it can really help.

Definitely better than bronze, but has lots to improve. Patience on the railgun needed, he might have done better if he was a soldier in general, but it wasn't a bad sojourn. And u will be having better opponents in higher ranks, unlike that ram for eg. And bad positioning. Another tip is ult isn't just right click, u can still left click

I'm going to be honest, I don't think they should be that low. They need very little training in positioning like taking high grounds and taking space and so on well as shooting doing Overclock. But they were actually doing nearly everything correctly. They always went for the body shots to make sure hits and they had an exit plan. They just need to work on a few things

This person both needs to become alot more aggressive but at the same time learn who they are up against. Soujorn is good at aggressiveness but at the same time you need to know who you can go aggressive on and who you need to be worried about. This person however wants to sit back and be safe, which is also fine but maybe dont play soujorn in that case. If your supports are getting pushed alot play something thats good at shutting down flankers like cass. With soujorn you want to play further up and start taking off angles on high ground. This person also needs to use their hitscan alot more, they hold onto 100 charge for so long. You dont have to rish it but if you see someone at half health and you have charge then unleash it. Saw many opportunities they could have secured a kill. If you get pushed on your off angles soujorn is really good at getting out of them however dont go right in again at least wait till your slide is about to come off cooldown. The same way you play tracer, tracers should only go in hard when they have their recall and go for soft engages when they dont have it. Which means just be a nuisance that makes them turn while they cant commit to you without investing too much. Tracers playstyle transfers to other heroes but just different positions for this per different hero as they have different kits to back them up.

Hard to say but from watching their mechanics they may think Sojourn's primary fire is hitscan? Really didn't see much target leading with that. What's not hard to say is: they're bronze. Definitely potential there to get to silver with their awareness of flankers they just need to work on some things.

Good mechanics doesn't understand the game at all. You can tell they don't know the map. When they were going for the junkrat the botched the jump, and instead of meleeing through the glass, they jumped over it. It's almost like they don't know they can, Melee. They also play sojourn like Soldier. The rail gun they fire at the end of a clip like. Helix Rocket.

I think they deserve a rank up, yeah. Bronze 4 not 5. They were mechanically impaired when it comes to all aspects of the game (mind you they’ve been playing for a couple of months). Not only that, but their game sense has yet to develop to a point where it’s acceptable to even call them silver if they were to achieve that rank mistakenly. They took positions that I’ve seen easily punished in other bronze lobbies and I could only amount it to chance that they were able to get away with it this time. Lastly, their target priority was way off. TLDR; Things they need to focus on: -Mechanics -Game Sense -Positioning -Target Priority

Idk how did you find that person but bronze lobby doesn't look like that . I'm in ELO hell in bronze and it never looked that bad , people do 30 or 40 kills when others have something about 20 or less , I'm telling ya this isn't bronze but cardboard 4
