The yoke looks a bit overcooked. A poached egg should be runny. What you have there is a medium hard boiled egg.

I’d probably cook it for only 90 seconds if the yolk is that hard.

What microwave setting? 2 mins on high or medium high or medium. Makes an obviously huge difference!
