You sure those are 20inch strips of webbing you use to cross? they look more like 10"... 20 inches is so long and goes way past the length of the bag... Now I'm stuck with this project

I came here to find some clarification as well! I just got there too and replayed a bunch of times to hear 20 inches but he must of meant 12 inches because it would make sense with his placement. I know I'm late to the party but I hope this helps someone in the future. Also the next step doesn't say how much to cut for the front piece of webbing... so I'm going to guess its 6inches like the back? 😅

It's definitely not 20". I think I'll cut it 14" to be safe.

So update** I did end up needing the 20 inches. My dog is a 22 lb Klee Kai, so she's a little sausage on tall legs. So I found the original measurements perfect for her so it could go around her arms comfortably.
